As a qualified and accredited Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist with an Interpersonal approach, I focus on building a therapeutic relationship with the people I work with and flexibly tailor my interventions to each individual with respect to their unique character and needs.

My focus is on the interpersonal aspects of human experience, with an understanding of the importance of relationships for a healthy and fulfilling life; this includes your relationship with others and with yourself, and thus I believe a balanced focus on your internal and external experience is key.

I can help you to learn more helpful and skilful ways to manage your emotions and to understand your behaviour and the behaviour of others, in order to adapt and develop more confidence and competence in dealing with challenging emotions and difficult situations.

I use creative techniques where this feels right and will collaborate with you to adapt my approach throughout our work. I value feedback and encourage personal autonomy and empowerment in the relationships I build.

I work inclusively with adolescents and adults from all walks of life and am passionate about helping people to move towards greater well-being and more fulfilling and connected lives.
